❣ 4 more weeks being a preggy !
0 Love | Tuesday, July 29, 2014

It's finally mid-week.
Currently week #36! (Just look at the my arm)
Another 2 more days to my doctor's appointment in KKH. Can't wait to know about my baby again, and I guess this will be the last second check up before I'm officially due. And I'm so excited already. I've done preparing most of the things that my baby need except for his playpen and his baby pram which I will be getting really soon.

I've been looking for post-natal malay massage lady nowadays and hope to find a good one at an reasonable price. Some are charging way too expensive for just massage!! Well, I've contacted a few and will be updating about their service after I've personally experience their service. Basically there are quite a number of benefits from post-natal massage.

BENEFITS :
Post-natal massage is one of the most valuable in both physical and emotional benefits.
The stress of delivery and the hours spent caring for your baby will take its toll on your body which is where post-natal massage can help reverse the ageing signs to complement the overall mental and physical recovery of your body.
Aside from assisting in successful lactation (for breastfeeding mothers), firming up the stomach muscles through a tummy-bind with special herbs and reducing water retention, post-natal massage can also provide effective relief from headache, constipation, and pain in muscles and joints.

There are different price range. Some charges at $50 per session and comes with a package for 3, 5 or 7 sessions. Those who come over to your place might not charge you extra transport fee but some do. For now I've not seen any lady charging transport fee and all prices are nett prices. I've saw some good recommendations from others and actually personally texted them to ask about it. One of the many will be Mdm Emma charging at $70 per session and $450 for 7 sessions. This will be the rough range for most of the massage.
All mummies should at least have a minimum 3 or 5 sessions of massage if you really intend to go for post-natal massage. Some even go for pre-natal massages as well which I didn't because I doubt I need one as I feeling really ok during my pregnancy. Just a little backache which my husband will then rub it for me before I sleep sometimes. So sweet of him right?! So much love for him.
Can't wait to go on a date with my husband later on in the afternoon.
Still planning on our day out having lunch buffet + desserts + movie.
Trying to research more on Japanese Buffet with reasonable pricing and good food served.

Gonna end my post here today, just a little update that's all.
4 more weeks to go!!
