We will always find a way back to the one that's suppose to stay in our lives.
It's just the matter of time whether you really know what you want, who you wanna hold on, who you shouldn't even bother about. People come and go, it's just a cycle, be it you like it or not. Not everyone that comes into your life are meant to stay. Some are just lessons that keeps you moving on. One day, you'll realize the difference between the ones that stay and the ones that left you. They all started off the same. Nice, friendly, kind, etc. But it's the end that matters, it's when you're upset, when you're in trouble, when you need someone to back you up, and that's when the truth reveals. Even the closest ones betray you, lie to you, leave you hanging, or simply dump you aside when all you needed from them was their assurance to keep your heart safe.
Assurance doesn't always have to be something big.
A little action is all it takes to make someone feel safe, most importantly, loved.
Respect comes vice versa.
Because that one person only comes by once in your life. You'll never wanna live with regrets.
